Incident Management - Things get messy and expensive if you get this wrong!

Do you know what to do in the event of an incident that effects your event, either in the planning stages or when open? For example, dealing with ejections, dealing with protest, managing customer behaviour, unattended packages, bomb threats. If it goes wrong you will need to know why you carried out certain responses and what you rationale was behind your decisions

In case of incidents or emergencies at your event you need to have someone in your team who can advise you on your response options, guide you through the decision making process and help you deal with the incident. Your brand and my reputation will depend on it!
