After the event - Ensuring you capture all the required information post event is just as important as the preparation and delivery stages.

 

After your event I will collate debriefs from your security and safety steward providers to review the event and successes and suggest areas to improve upon.

 

Complete a debrief as the security coordinator, noting any strengths and weaknesses in the security regime and making any recommendations for improvement as required.

​

If necessary attend any debrief with the local authority and police either through safety advisory groups or one to one meetings about the successes and any areas for improvement for your next event.

​

Should you have had to activate any crisis management response I will review the procedures, highlight any areas for development and make recommendations for change or improvement.

​

Whatever role you would like me to assist with, whether it be as Crisis Management Coordinator, Security Coordinator, Event Safety Officer or Control Room Manger, I bring with me over 30 years experience in both public and private sector incident management and investigation.
